We are looking for an experienced sales manager with a deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, particularly in the area of biotechnology products.

Responsibilities |
- Drive the sales of mammary gland bioreactor research services.
- Measure sales force productivity and ensure effective implementation of established strategies.
- Identify, nurture and act on opportunities with both new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and remove issues hindering the implementation of sales operations initiatives.
- Effectively coordinate sales operations activities with other functions including service, consulting, and market analysis, as appropriate.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for proper utilization of internal resources.
- Operate effectively in a multitasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a focused and customer-centric attitude.

Qualifications |
- Ph.D. in gene editing technique or biochemistry is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
- Knowledgeable in mammary gland bioreactor research.
- With great potential for success in the sales of mammary gland bioreactor research services.
- Demonstrated strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and outstanding negotiation skills.
- With excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, written, and other communication skills.
- Proficiency in a teamwork environment.
